1. How to Raise a Complaint Request

  • Share your order ID, product photo, and compulsory unboxing video.
  • Our support team will review and approve the request.
2. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued only if wrong product has been shipped.
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment mode within 4–7 working days after approval.
