1. How to Raise a Complaint Request
- Contact us on WhatsApp/Email within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share your order ID, product photo, and compulsory unboxing video.
- Our support team will review and approve the request.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if wrong product has been shipped.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment mode within 4–7 working days after approval.
